2024

(Calgary) Crawford played 18 games as the Stamps’ long snapper and recorded four special-teams tackles. He played his 150th career regular-season game in Week 6 at Winnipeg and had a pair of special-teams tackles against Saskatchewan in Week 16.

2023

(Calgary) Crawford played 16 regular-season games and served as the Stampeders’ long snapper. He made four special-teams tackles and one defensive tackle. Two of his special-teams stops came in Week 5 at Winnipeg. Crawford sat out two games – Weeks 9 and 10 – with a calf injury before returning to the lineup in Week 11 against Winnipeg. He was Calgary’s long snapper for the Western Semi-Final.

2022

(Calgary) Crawford played 17 regular-season games and served as the Stampeders’ long snapper, helping punter Cody Grace and kicker René Paredes earn CFL all-star honours. He also recorded five special-teams tackles. Crawford was on the one-game injury list in Week 14 and was Calgary’s long snapper for the Western Semi-Final.

2021

(Calgary) Crawford played all 14 games regular-season games and served as the Stampeders’ long snapper. He had three special-teams tackles. Crawford also played in the Western Semi-Final and recorded a special-teams tackle.

2020

(Hamilton) Crawford was under contract with the Tiger-Cats but the season was cancelled because of the global pandemic.

2019

(Hamilton) Crawford dressed for all 18 regular-season games for the Ticats, serving as the team’s long snapper. He made four special-teams tackles. Crawford also played in the Eastern Final and the Grey Cup.

2018

(Hamilton) Crawford served as the Ticats’ long snapper for 13 regular-season games, the Eastern Semi-Final and the Eastern Final.

2017

(Hamilton) Crawford handled long-snapping duties for 17 regular-season contests and recorded five special-teams tackles.

2016

(Hamilton) Crawford was the long snapper for all 18 regular-season games and recorded two special-teams tackles. He was also in uniform for the Eastern Semi-Final.

2015

(Hamilton) In his first full season, Crawford appeared in all 18 regular-season contests and was the Ticats’ long snapper. He recorded seven special-teams tackles. Crawford also played both of Hamilton’s post-season contests and had two special-teams tackles.

2014

(Hamilton) Crawford re-signed with the Ticats on Sept. 3. and he appeared in 10 regular-season games, serving as the long snapper and recording one defensive tackle and five special-teams stops. He was also in the uniform for the Eastern Final and the Grey Cup.

2013

(Hamilton) Crawford signed with the Ticats on Aug. 21, 2013, and he appeared in four regular-season contests as a reserve defensive lineman. He did not record any stats.

College/Junior                                                                                                                          

Crawford played 13 games at linebacker in two seasons (2009 and 2011) at Saint Mary’s. He recorded 55.5 career tackles for the Huskies including eight tackles for loss and added 3.5 sacks, three fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles. He was part of Saint Mary’s Atlantic University Sport conference championship team in 2009. In his final season with the Huskies, he recorded 33 tackles including four tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. In 2008, Crawford played junior football for the Victoria Rebels and won the team’s defensive player of the year award. He also played junior for the Chilliwack Valley Huskers and the Regina Thunder.

Personal

Crawford is an alumnus of Crescent Heights High School in Medicine Hat. He honed his long-snapping technique by studying film of longtime Stampeders long snapper Randy Chevrier.
