2024

(Calgary) Dozier played 14 games and made 14 starts at the SAM position. He had 51 defensive tackles including two tackles for loss, three special-teams stops and two knockdowns. In Week 5 at Montreal, Dozier had six tackles including one tackle for loss. In the Labour Day Classic in Week 13, he led the team with seven tackles. Dozier played his 100th career regular-season game in Week 14 at Edmonton and led the team with eight tackles.

2023

(Calgary) Dozier made 16 starts for the Stampeders including 11 at safety and five at the SAM position. He made 63 tackles including four tackles for loss, seven special-teams stops, two sacks, two fumble recoveries including one that he returned for a touchdown in Week 2 at Ottawa and six knockdowns. He had a season-high seven tackles in a Week 19 game against Saskatchewan. Dozier also started the Western Semi-Final and made four tackles.

2022

(Calgary) Dozier played seven regular-season games and made five starts at safety. He recorded 20 defensive tackles including one tackle for loss and added seven special-teams stops, two knockdowns and one interception that he returned 21 yards. Dozier’s interception came in a Week 17 home game against Toronto while he had a season-high six tackles against Saskatchewan in Week 20. Dozier started the season on the six-game injury and missed a total of 11 games before returning to action for the final five games of the season. He started at safety for the Western Semi-Final and had five defensive tackles including a tackle for loss.

2021

(Calgary) Dozier played all 14 regular-season games including 12 starts at the SAM position and one start at safety. He recorded 49 defensive tackles including one tackle for loss, a team-leading 17 special-teams stops, one interception, one sack and two knockdowns. Dozier’s first sack and first interception as a Stampeder both came in Week 12 against Saskatchewan. He also started the Western Semi-Final at SAM and recorded five tackles.

2019

(BC) Dozier played and started 16 regular-season games at safety for the Lions. He had a team-high 70 defensive tackles including one tackle for loss and added seven special-teams tackles, one interception, one forced fumble and one knockdown.

2018

(Montreal) Dozier played 17 regular-season games and made 15 starts. He finished the season with 84 defensive tackles, 18 special-teams tackles, five interceptions and four knockdowns. His 18 special-teams tackles tied for the team-lead and his interception total tied for the league-lead. Dozier was named an East Division all-star.

2017

(Montreal) Dozier played all 18 regular-season games and made 11 starts for the Alouettes. He made 66 defensive tackles including one tackle for loss, 15 special-teams tackles, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery returned for a touchdown, four knockdowns and two sacks. Dozier’s 15 special-teams tackles tied for the team-lead.

College

Dozier played 22 games over two seasons (2014-15) at UNC-Charlotte where he posted 135 tackles including 2.5 tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions and 15 passes defended. He became the first 49er to score on an interception return and a fumble return in the same season as a junior in 2014. He began his college career at Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kans., where he made 90 tackles including four tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one interception and 0.5 sacks over two seasons (2012-13). He helped lead the Grizzlies to a 20-3 record and back-to-back conference championships during his time at Butler.

Personal

Dozier attended Washburn Rural High School in Topeka, Kan. He majored in exercise science at UNC-Charlotte.
