(Calgary) Harley joined the Stamps on Oct. 2 and finished the season on the practice roster.

College           

Harley played 59 games over five years (2017-21) at the University of Miami. He made 32 starts for the Hurricanes and amassed 182 receptions for 2,158 yards and 15 touchdowns. Harley also had seven carries for 36 yards and returned 12 kickoffs for 244 yards. He was named third-team all-Atlantic Coast Conference in 2020 after making 57 catches for 799 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games.

Personal

Harley caught three touchdowns in the championship game to lead his team to a class 7A state title in his senior season at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
